Take the Pledge!

If your business is ready to join other Utah Businesses in the #worksafecustomersafe initiative, Sign Up and Take the Pledge.

Your business can join the Pledge for $15 per location.

You will receive the following when you join the Pledge:

• Flyer stating "My Business Took the Pledge" to adhere to the following guidelines from our local Health Department (guidelines will be listed on the flyer). You can post the flyer on your door, windows, front desk etc. You can use the 8.5 x 11 or print it on poster size.
  
  
• Your location(s) will be listed on the Pledge Directory Page on our website with all of your contact information. Residents and businesses will be able to access the directory.
  
  
• Our Pledge Directory Page will feature a comment section where customers can leave comments. We will email any comments your business receives so you can post on your social media platforms. We will also post them on our social platforms. Only positive comments will be posted.

Our goal is to give confidence to customers as well as employees that they are visiting and working at a safe business. It is up to the business to adhere to the guidelines.
